Babies are a bit like your junk drawer sometimes. Some days you swear to God that the whole thing would be better off in the trash. Other days you have no idea how you ever got on before you had the bit of this and bit of that. I think this is the only difference between good mothers and bad ones–bad mothers and good mothers both think about doing spring cleaning and putting their babies in ditches; it’s only the bad mothers who actually do.
